If you applied for Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) emergency assistance using the online MyPRC application on or prior to Sept. 27, 2022, your application has been received by Franklin County and will be processed in the order it was received.

If you created an account and were intending to upload additional documents before submitting your complete application, you should instead email those documents to: Franklin-CDJFS-AgencyPRC

If you need to apply for PRC emergency assistance, please download an application from our website at and follow the directions for applying. Any supporting documentation can be emailed to the address provided above.
